I have tried renewing my PRC ID online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. Is it because I entered just my last name without a space DELOS REYES instead of DELOS REYES . I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information or is Personal appearance without appointment on PRC Romblon branch is considered?
