Hi! I would like to request to change my Place of Appointment. From PRC Tagbilaran Bohol to  PRC Cagayan de Oro City  and to change my LET Major from Biological Science to Filipino Major. I failed to change due to multiple troubleshooting or disconnection of internet while doing transactions. Hoping someone will help me with this concern. Thank you.
