Hi, good day. I filled in the details for my registration in LERIS to renew my license but had my last name and middle name interchanged.
I have emailed at technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph last May 16, 2022 but have not received a response. I have also sent an email to prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com but it bounced back.
I hope u can help me with this.
