Good day!

A Loan Company naming PESOQ is threatening me so I could pay my debt. I was about to pay my loan but a friend advised me not to since their approach is not nice for an agent. Sending me texts on my phone number and sending me private message on my FB account using a fake account telling me that they have all of my information. Along with their message is a photo of mine I sent to them for identity verification. I know my lapses but their actions are not justifiable. I hope you can help me with this.

Texting and calling me on my mobile phone is okay. But messaging me on my Facebook and Gmail is not part of the contract they have provided. Though I was aware, but still their interest per day is unimaginable.

Thank you so much! I could provide screenshots if needed to.

Thank you so much for responding.

Was the company informed about my complaint? Again, I know my lapses but I believe they have to pay for their lapses as well. They might do it to other people who will never have the courage to file a complaint about their acts.
