Good day po.
I’am Nazareth V Amit po.currently living in Negros Occidental. Im a Victim of Taga cash loan apps.i just reloan from them august 2022. I was approved po for automatic loan of 3500 payable for 7days but I only recieve 2100 plus.that time Im badly Needed money for my Baby.on my first week due I paid 1400 for 7days Extension po.It happen that my money is not enough to pay full amount.in my 2nd due date po nadala ng mama ko yon CP ko sa bag niya hapon kuna po nakita yon tawag at text nila.kaso po tinakot po nila ako na ipapatay daw po nila pamilya ko at ipapahiya ako sa fb need help

1. To File a Formal Complaint Against a Lending or Financing Company
Download and fill out the Complaint Form completely and accurately: https://www.sec.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/2021FORM_Updated-Complaint-Form.docx

2. Provide the necessary attachments, namely:
a. relevant documents and evidence that will support your claim/s or allegation/s ( e.g. screenshots of text messages and conversations with the financing/lending company);
b. loan agreement (if any);
c. valid government-issued ID; and
d. evidence/proof that you have exhausted all remedies against the company concerned before filing your complaint with the SEC.

3. Indicate the following personal information of the complainant in the complaint form:
