I am a student from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA-Las Pinas, we are conducting our research entitled "Effects of Technological Innovations on the Service Delivery of Micro Accounting Firms: A Qualitative Study". While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not allow the use of ID that does not state your printed name and picture as well the complete name of the signatory and his/her designation in your school.
