May we kindly inquire the latest registration status of The Mezza Residences Condominium Association Inc.?

This is in relation to the recent ruling by SEC on SEC Case No. 20-1784 wherein The Mezza Residences Condominium Association Inc. was placed under "Delinquent Status".

Furthermore, we would like to clarify what is the implication of the "Delinquent Status" for the said Corporation.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 06, 2022 10:05:53 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Registration Status of The Mezza Residences Condominium Association Inc..

Based on our checking with the concerned division, the Corporation is under delinquent status. However, subject to existing CRMD rules and regulations, the Corporation may apply for a petition to lift order of delinquency.

Thank you for your quick response. May I kindly inquire what is the consequence if a corporation is under "Delinquent Status" (e.g., is the Corporations still allowed to operate such as can it implement new projects)?
