“The Physical and Chemical Analysis Results changes every now and then, thus the data currently available might not be an exact representation of it as a whole considering that the water distribution of Tagum Water District (TWD) is interconnected or in looping system. Further, the issuing party of the said analysis result is a third party, particularly the UIC Science Resource Center”
