Hi, this is a follow up from my previously denied request.

i am a graduate students from the Institute of Environmental Science and Meteorology, under the College of Science, University of the Philippines Diliman. i am currently preparing to conduct my research topic entitled "Air Pollution Response Analysis of Tree species around selected areas in Quezon City". i was hoping if you have any tree inventory data for the trees planted across the campus and of the UP Arboretum. Recent data with GPS coordinates (if available) would be very much helpful for my study.

Thanks in advance.

To whom it might concern,

Please accept my sincere apology for any repercussions that my request has caused to the whole UP system. I have made an honest mistake and lapse of judgment for my action. It was not my intention to bypass the proper offices to whom I should have approached to inquire about the information I need.I wrote the query to the FOI website to request the data in hopes that they can direct me to the proper office where I can get the data. Unfortunately, by writing my query, I have put the reputation of my institute and the whole college of science a great deal of stress. I should have done thorough research and approached my professors for information on where can I possibly inquire for the data I need before heading to the FOI website.

I deeply regret that my action has led to a lot of problems for the Office of College of Science, Institute of Biology, Institute of Environmental Science and Meteorology and any other departments/institutions that may have been affected by my action. I am willing to do whatever it takes to correct the situation.
Once again, I am truly sorry and humbly ask for your forgiveness.
