Good day! I would like to request for CCTV footage of a vehicular accident which occurred last Aug 4 (Sunday, between 8:45-9:15pm) along Sucat Road (near Evacom, towards SLEX).
My car was recklessly hit and badly damaged by a public utility jeepney. The driver and owner of said jeepney are trying to evade responsibility. I hope to use the CCTV footage as further evidence to support my complaint filed at the LTFRB (hearing to happen soon), and will also use it as documentary support for my car insurance claim.
Your kind attention and approval would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
