Good day!

I am a graduating student from University of the Philippines Diliman and I am currently doing my undergraduate research project which is entitled "Water Saving Potential of Rainwater Harvesting System Design in Selected Cities in the Philippines". 

In line with this, I would like to request a copy of average monthly household water consumption (amount in peso), current water rate, and average monthly water demand data (cubic meter) from 2011-2020 of Roxas City, Capiz.

It is my humble request to solicit your aid in the success of my study. Thank you so much.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot disclose the information you have requested in a public forum without the necessary waivers, we recommend you to request this information directly at our office at Metro Roxas Water District at MRWD Bldg., Km. 1, Roxas City.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Metro Roxas Water District through admin@metroroxaswd.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
