1. If a structure is among those presumed as ICP under RA 10066, is there a need to file a petition to avail of the benefits of the law, e.g. protection against demolition? Or is it enough to invoke the presumption?
2. Are works of national artists automatically considered important cultural property without the need for a declaration from the NCCA?
3. Some properties were included in the PRECUP without any action on the private owner. Does the NCCA motu proprio include presumed ICPs in the Registry without notice to owner?
