Hi! I would like to request for a permit to ship the locally made painting (of myself and my fiance) to the US. I was advised by Fedex to get a permit to National Museum first, before they can process. Pls let me know how to get this permit and what are the requirements. The painting is a gift to us by a friend.  Thank you!
