I would like to request the following information regarding my request:
1. Total number of registered Service animal (Guide dog, therapy dogs, etc.)
2. How many of them works in the hospital, police force, and/or privately.

You asked for The total number of Registered Service Animal in the Philippines.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Sec. Erwin Tulfo at osec@dswd.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Thank you for replying. I would just like ask if you have an idea as to which organization/agency should I request? I have asked DSWD but they doesn't have the information I am looking for while the others still haven't responded.
