Magandang araw! I would like to get information on the most current information about persons with disabilities in Angeles City, Pampanga. 

To be specific, I want to know the following;
1. Total (# and %) of persons who have disabilities
2. Breakdown (# and %) according to age (Birth to 4 yrs old, 5 to 24 yrs old, and 25 yrs old above)
3. Breakdown (# and %) of the type of disabilties based o DOH classification

And if available:
4. Average number affected in disasters
