Hi i would like to request the information regarding;

1. If i could get certificate of NCIP through online or thru email in connection to my application to Philippine Air Force.

2. If I could ask for help regarding for a certification of NCIP in able to continue my application at Philippine Air Force

3. For info, I am from Lipa City and the office of NCIP is too far from the city itself and Mayor's Office of Lipa only offered Endorsement Letter but sadly the processing center of the Philippine Airforce does not accept the endorsement letter Certification of NCIP are acceptable and valid.

You asked for Height Waiver Certification.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance what you are requesting is not an information but a request for Certificate of Confirmation for Height Waiver. The NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such certification but only at the Regional level. Since you are in Lipa City you may addressed your concern to Dir. Carlos P. Buasen, Jr.NCIP-Regional Director  and you can email at region4a@ncip.gov.ph , or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at <insert link here>.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dir. Carlos P. Buasen, Jr at region4a@ncip.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
