I would like to request a Certificafe of Confirmation from your office. Granting a COC will allow me to proceed to the next step in requesting height waiver from NCIP. This will definitely help me for my application in PNP.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance what you are requesting is a Certificate of Confirmation for your PNP application. We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as valid FOI request. May we know if you are a member of Cultural Communities and what ethnicity do you belong.  . However, you may wish to contact  Dir. Reynaldo Dingal  at oehr@ncip.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at <insert link here>.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to  Dir. Reynaldo Dingal at oehr@ncip.gov.ph.
