Good day! I would like to request the following information:
1. Is there a publicly available repository for Indigenous Peoples Customary Laws? If there is, where do we access it?
2. What is the current rate of Indigenous Peoples who have codified customary laws in comparison to the number of Registered Indigenous Peoples?

Hi Officer Javinal or the designated FOI Officer,

A gentle second reminder on my request. I would also like to kindly draw NCIP's attention to Sec. 9 (d) and (e) of EO No. 2 s. 2016, wherein the government office (NCIP in this case) is required to respond to my request within 15 working days and that the requestor should be notified of any extension to responding to the request as well as the reasons for the extension of 20 working days (unless exceptional circumstances warrant a longer period). 

Considering that this has already been past the 15 working days, I sincerely hope for your response as soon as it is practicable but within the confines of the executive mandate cited.

Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because  we are operating on a strict skeletal workforce due to COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to inform you that your request has already been endorsed to the Office on Education, Culture and Health for appropriate action.
