Good day!

I hereby personally write this letter of request pertaining on NCIP Certificate (Height waiver). Whereas, the last requirement that I need in order to complete my application form. As I have the passion and courage to become part of the Philippine Navy with full of determination and faith for our homeland.

Your prompt action is greatly appreciated. And hoping for your kind consideration pertaining to my request.

Thank you for your request dated Aug 10, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for NCIP Certificate (Height Waiver).

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance what you are requesting is not an information but s certificate for height waiver for your application for Phi. Navy. May I know if you are a member of Indigenous People and what ethnicity do you belong. However you may address your concern to Dir. Reynaldo Dingal at oehr@ncip.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at <insert link here>.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to  Dir. Reynaldo Dingal at oehr@ncip.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
