Dear James Kevin Lopo,

Thank you for your request dated Aug 23, 2022 12:34:38 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certificate of Confirmation from NCIP.

We received your request on Aug 23, 2022 12:34:38 AM., however what you are  requesting is a Certificate of Confirmation, the NCIP Central Office is no longer processing such certification but only at the Regional level. Since you are in  Bicol you may apply for the Certificate and addressed your concern to Dir. Agosto Maglunsod Regional Director NCIP Region 5 with Office address at NCIP Regional Office V Highway 1, San Nicolas, Iriga City and email at region5@ncip.gov.ph
