Dear Christopher Miguel Saulo,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 08, 2017 02:56:50 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request:
You asked for documents related to Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) from 9th Congress to 16th Congress.

Response to Request:
Your FOI request is approved. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested.

1. The Common Legislative Agenda, including information on bills and enacted laws, can be accessed through http://ledac.neda.gov.ph
2. We cannot provide you with the attendance lists as the names of the attendees in every LEDAC meeting form part of the Minutes of Meetings, which are classified as information covered by Executive privilege. The basis for this is Section 4 of Executive Order No. 2, s.2016, which stipulates the exceptions to the access to information.
In lieu of this, we are providing you with the lists of members of the LEDAC from the 10th Congress to the 16th Congress.
3. We printed copies of the LEDAC-related press releases in our database.

The official reply of the NEDA and related documents are now ready for pickup at the Development Information Staff (DIS) Office, 1st floor, NEDA Building, No. 12 St. Jose Maria Escriva Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Kindly look for officers of the Public Relations Division. Please bring your ID card; requirements for a representative: ID card and authorization letter.

Your right to request a review:
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to NEDA FOI Appeals Committee (nedafoirequest@gmail.com). Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
