We are conducting a Cost and Benefit Analysis (CBA) as well as an Environmental, Social and Economic Analysis (ESEA) of a proposed government project by DPWH CALABARZON Region (Calumpang River Basin Project). Our contract terms of reference, indicate that determination of relevant economic indicators and basic parameters, estimation of economic costs and benefits, subsequent feasibility and sensitivity analyses, environmental impact assessments and other consideration must be consulted with the National Economic Development Authority.  We anticipate with your kindest action on this matter.

Thank you for your request dated Jun 20, 2019 06:48:45 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Feasibility study of any approved flood control, drainage system or river rehabilitation project.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 
Per our NEDA-Infrastructure Staff, F/S of flood control, drainage system or river rehabilitation projects should be secured from the concerned Implementing Agencies (i.e. DPWH, DENR or the Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission, among others) since they are  the owners of said F/S. NEDA has no authority to release those information since we are not the legal owners of the same. 

With this, you may lodge your request with the aforementioned agencies via their eFOI portal.
