Good day! My name is Christus Leo W. Del Rosario, a 5th year BS Architecture student of Bicol University currently undertaking my undergraduate thesis as part of the requirements for the aforementioned program.

With this, I would like to respectfully request a copy of the Regional Physical Framework Plan of Bicol Region (V) to serve as a reference for my study. Rest assured that this will be for academic purposes only. Thank you!
