We regret to inform you that the National Historical Commission of the Philippines does not have in its possession particular documents which may satisfy your query.  We suggest that you get in tough with either the National Library of the Philippines, the National Archives of the Philippines or the libraries of higher education institutions (HEIs), who may possibly have in their possession the materials you are looking for.
