Dear Darwin Villanueva,

This refers to your requesting records and plan of the El Hogar Building in Binondo, Manila.  

We regret to inform you that we do not have plans for El Hogar since it is a privately owned building. We advise you to coordinate with the owner or its building administrator.  Further, you may use the NHCP Resource Center to help you with your research study.  It is open from Mondays-Fridays, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
