The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP), does not have a record on the ownership of the Old Rizal Capitol Ruins at Brgy. Sta. Rosa, Pasig City since the site (although a presumed Important Cultural Property being more than 50 years old) is not included in the NHCP registry of historic sites and structures. You may, however, coordinate with the City Assessor's Office of the City Government of Pasig to confirm the ownership at the said property.

Thank you.
