Hi! I would like to ask if your office has any information on an individual named Nicanor Domingo, who is supposedly the namesake of N. Domingo Street, a major road in San Juan City and Quezon City in Metro Manila.

A map by Santiago Artiaga entitled "Cursory description of San Juan prior to the evacuation of residents in 1898" drawn in 1972 says that N. Domingo Street was named after Nicanor Domingo, "a reporter of Supreme Court in 1898".

I would like to ask if there are any further resources and information on the individual and their accomplishments. Thank you!
