Your Request

You asked for Regina Building Architectural Plans and Historical Background.

Response to Request

The Regina Building in Escolta, Manila is not a property of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) and hence, we do not have its architectural plans. However, you may coordinate with its property owner or the Department of Tourism, Culture and Arts of Manila, for more information. Moreover, you may also visit the NHCP Library and or coordinate with our Historic Sites and Structures Documentation Center (HSSDC) for other concerns regarding heritage structures through the landline number 632-53351200 loc 153.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the undersigned at records@nhcp.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
