Clarification for the use of National Anthem and National Flag

Requested from NHCP by J. Desipolo at 10:54 AM on Feb 28, 2022.
Purpose: For research and development
Date of Coverage: 02/28/2022 - 02/28/2022
Tracking no: #NHCP-883301590712

Desipolo 10:54 AM, Feb 28, 2022

Good day!

I would like to clarify the following about the flag and anthem.

For the flag
1. What is the protocol if the other national flag is hoisted half-mast? Will the Philippine flag follow the said protocol or not?

For the national anthem:
1. Is it okay to partly play the tune of the national anthem as a background to a museum exhibit? This exhibit has a video montage of Prisoner of War experiences during the WW2.

Hoping that you clarify this matter. Thanks!
