Good afternoon

I would like to know the specific process of installation of an NHCP historical marker in an LGU . The FOI gave me the "GUIDELINES ON THE IDENTIFICATION, CLASSIFICATION, AND RECOGNITION OF HISTORIC SITES AND STRUCTURES IN THE PHILIPPINES" but I want to know further the process of how we can submit a narrative / documentary sources for the NHCP to review and decide for the installation of a marker.
