Hi I would like to request for the information of the following:
1. Number of Kidney Stones Patients 
2. Number of kidney patients having Glomerulonephritis 
3. Number of Polycystic kidney disease patients
4. Number of Patients having Urinary tract Infections 
5. The number of inpatient bed-days of those patients in the hospital, if the data is available.

I would like to request the Number of patients per province in Region IV-A CALABARZON
