Hi! I would like to request for any relevant document that provides the detailed procedure of routine meat inspection in accredited slaughterhouses 

Moreover,I would like to request for any relevant documents describing the following programs:
1. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 
2. Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP) Program
3. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Program

These programs are reportedly practiced in all accredited meat establishments, as indicated on the NMIS website:
