31 October 2018 Dear Ms. Manzo: Thank you for your request dated October 13, 2018, 01:07 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List of Marine Research Centers. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, we would like to recommend for you to contact the DOST - Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD) specifically their Marine Resources Research Division at m.acedra@pcaarrd.dost.gov.ph which is incharge of S&T sectoral planning, coordination, evaluation and monitoring of R&D programs and projects relating to marine resource sector. On the other hand, you may directly consult the the DOST-Philippine Council for Industry, energy and Emerging Technology (DOST-PCIEERD) regarding the Philippine's Technology Innovation Index and on the companies leading in Robotics/Artificial Intelligence at pcieerd@pcieerd.dost.gov.ph.
