I am Victor Cesar M. Morana, national Field Representative of the Philippine Red Cross. I would like to request for the following data for the research and development of the Philippine Red Cross as a Training Provider of First Aid and Basic Life Support.

1. List of DOLE registered employers Nationwide.
2. List of OSH Compliant employers Nationwide.

If possible, please indicate the validity of their certificate of compliance
