To Whom it may concern,

Good Day po!

I am OFW for 12 years po dito sa Saudi Arabia. mag inquire po sana ako kung may inooffer ang ahensiya ng OWWA ng Loan assistance pra sa mga OFW na katulad ko. Need ko lng po kasi mailipat ang mag iina ko since 2009 kasi nakapisan po ako sa magulang ako at tumutulong sa mga house bills at nag aabot sa Nanay kaya hindi namin nagawang bumukod. Now po need ipaayos ang bahay at sa Salah lng po natutulog ang mag iina ko. i have 9 months old baby po kaya gusto ko po sana kumuha ng loan or murang pabahay kung meron man inaalok ang gobyerno pra sa aming mga OFW.

Dear Mr. Cornelius Mendoza,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 21, 2023 08:22:48 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for OFW cash loan/ Housing Loan.

Mr. Mendoza to know more about the OWWA Programs for its OWWA Member OFW visit the website of OWWA at www.owwa.gov.ph.  

OWWA has a joint livelihood assistance loan with the LandBank of the Philippines (LBP) known as EDLP.  The OWWA assists an OWWA-member OFW in the preparation of the requirements for a livelihood assistance loan with the LandBank.  Remember that since this is a loan it requires a collateral.  Wala po pautang ang OWWA para sa pabahay.

Ang ahensya ng gobyerno na PAG-IBIG ay may housing loan para sa member-OFWs at ang National Housing Authority ay may murang pabahay sa mga qualified na residente sa mga probinsys at siudad.  Mag-search po sa internet at pag-aralan po ninyo kung kayo ay qualifikado na maging beneficiary.
