I would like to request a schedule 
for appointment with DFA to have my documents apostilled,

Dear Ms. Emilda Pamaylaon,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 01, 2023 03:23:24 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for a schedule to get a red ribbon of the CENOMAR and Birth Certificate.

Ms. Pamaylaon be properly informed that the OWWA or any government office is not encouraged by the Department of Foreign Affairs to get a schedule for authentication of OFW's CENOMAR and Certificates issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority. 

OWWA can only explain and make your understand the procedures for requesting the "Red Ribbon" 

You can assign a Special Power of Attorney to apply and and coordinate with DFA in Davao.  

You are advised to follow the PROCEDURES of the PSA and DFA.   

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.

However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
