I am working for Orani Water District and although we have already sent to your contact email ( our letter request signed by our general manager, we are also sending you this request through FOI portal for backup in case that our email would not reach you.

Greetings from the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan!

This refers to your request dated 21 October 2021 requesting for a certified copy of the notarized Memorandum Agreement between Envirokonsult and the AFAB to be used for cross checking. 

We have a Septage Management Agreement with Envirokonsult; while your procurement require the validation of its existence, the company who is the party to the agreement should be the one to request the certified true copy for the submission to your office.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Emmanuel D. Pineda.
