·        Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP)
·        Updated Zoning Ordinance (ZO)
·        Executive Legislative Agenda (ELA)
·        Situational Analysis Report (SAR)
·        Local Development Investment Program (LDIP)

You asked for Bataan CLUP, CDP, LDIP, ZO, SAR, and ELA.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. The Land Use Plan is available at the AFAB website. You may access the file through this link: https://afab.gov.ph/?page_id=39. 

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested subject to submission of the duly-signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. However, we regret to inform you that your request on Zoning Ordinance, Executive Legislative Agenda and LDIP are not available with our agency. You may wish to contact the office of the Provincial Government of Bataan at  (047) 237-2414 or the specific municipality of interest  for the information on ZO, ELA and LDIP through this directory-https://www.bataan.gov.ph/business-directory/dc/municipalities/.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Emmanuel D. Pineda.
