I am tasked to conduct a comprehensive study and analysis of the Province of Masbate and due to the current pandemic situation, information resources are limited. I would like to humbly request to your kind office for a copy of your latest/updated:
1. Comprehensive Land Use Plan or CLUP document
2. Zoning Ordinance document
3. Masbate Provincial Development Plan
4. The Sectoral, Ecosystem and Special Area Studies

Rest assured that all of the information I will be gathering are strictly for academic purposes only. I hope to hear from you as soon as possible.

Your Request for information on Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance in Masbate Province has been referred to the City Government of Masbate on June 28, 2022. I enclose an electronic copy of the letter to the local government unit for your reference.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Tina Villa at foi@bcda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
