Good day! May I request for a copy of a soil map of the Philippines? It would be better if you could provide a vector (shapefile) map or a georeferenced raster map.

Good afternoon! I am requesting the shp files of the soil map of the Philippines through FOI since I can't access www.bswm.maps.da.gov.ph using any of my internet browser (Firefox, Edge, & Internet Explorer). Please see attached image for proof.
