Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 01, 2023 08:56:05 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Building Height Limit.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved.  Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for you will need to submit a Height Limitation application (with required documents) in order for CAAP to determine/compute the height limit at a specific location based on all standards established for the nearest Aerodrome.

For an official/formal request for Height Limitation, please refer to the attached application form for Height Limitation (HL). You need to submit an HL application (with required documents) in order for the Operational Safety Division (OSD) to determine/compute the height limit at a specific location based on all standards established for the nearest Aerodrome.

Kindly fill-out the format for the “Applications to be submitted format_v2.xlsx” and follow the notes on each cell. Also send the scanned copies of all the documents to be submitted for the OSD's initial checking of completeness. (1 pdf per application or site)

For thesis purposes only, kindly provide a letter (with endorsement from your thesis adviser) stating the background and title of the study. Please include a location plan showing the specific property being the subject of the study and send these to the Operational Safety Division via email at osd@caap.gov.ph.

2. Section 707 of the IRR of National Building Code (NBC) 2005 (https://www.dpwh.gov.ph/dpwh/references/laws_codes_orders/PD1096)

Your right to request a review
