You asked for Comprehensive Land Use Map/Plan of Tuguegarao City, Solana and Enrile

Response to Request

I am sorry but the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority's jurisdiction is only the Municipalities of Sta. Ana and some islands in the Municipality of Aparri. 

Hence, we do not have access to the Comprehensive Land Use Map/Plan of the City of Tuguegarao and the Municipalities of Solana and Enrile

I hope this response sufficiently answered your inquiry
