We would like to request for the Concession Agreement (with complete Annexes) of the Project "Redevelopment of the Port of Irene".
The said document will help our Company to expand its research on the PPP transportation market in the Philippines as a potential business market. It will help us to fully understand:
a.) the basic characteristics of the project,
b.) the risks and its allocation, and
c.) the standard concession agreement in the Philippines
