While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, the eFOI portal was created for its stakeholders to access information, official records, public records, and documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions by the government. 

Given the nature of your request, we believe this can be best addressed by your Local Government Unit (LGU). 

Your right to request a review
