Greetings!

Please be informed that the request for a good moral certificate must be made personally by the concerned person per CNSC Guidance, Testing and Admission Office (GTAO).

The procedure is as follows:

1. Secure a form from the Registrar's Office.
2. Pay the appropriate fee at the Cashier’s Office.
3. Proceed to the GTAO for the processing and issuance of the certificate.
4. Return to the registrar's office for dry seal.
