Hi, I would like to request this document to confirm if the statement of CENRO Official is true. Stating that our Lot in Cagdianao, Surigao del Norte is a Mineral Reserved area according to the E.O. as per stated by the CENRO Official in Surigao del Norte. I am applying for Special patent of our Coco Land which is an agricultural land.
