1. The status of the preparation of Devolution Transition Plans pursuant to EO 138, 2021. 
2. A copy of the Devolution Transition Plan that the Department submitted to the Committee for Devolution.

2. Is it submitted to the Committee on Devolution (CD)? 
3. Was the DTP already discussed by the CD, and have comments been provided to the Agency?
