Hi, I would like to request for a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement between the DENR and the Municipality of Bolinao, Pangasinan regarding Management of the Salvage Zone area. The Municipality of Bolinao claims to have an agreement with the DENR that authorizes them to manage the salvage zone area and also land after the salvage zone but before private land boundary (mohon). They plan to put a boardwalk and other structures for rent, charge P40 for every person that uses the beach and charge a 30% share on any kubos we have in front of our lot (outside our mohon but before salvage zone). i j
