I would like to request a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement between the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the National Irrigation Administration signed last August regarding the shared responsibilities of agencies in protecting and developing the priority watersheds in the country. 

The copy will be used as reference for a study we are developing.
