Hi,

I'm the daughter of my parents. There was a house left by my deceased grand parents without title. It only have tax declaration. Now, I need to process its documentation for house&lot title but i don't know the complete requirements needed by the registry of deeds. Can you advise?

Also, who should be named in the title, the grand daughter&son or my parents depending on agreement?

Also, do we need house and lot survey for location and vicinity? How much would it cost? Is there a free land survey program in DENR for those untitled house?

Please advise
